Sens Defeat Leafs 2-1 in SO

So we're 2-0 with the new third jerseys and we finally won in a shootout. Ottawa's record has been terrible in a SO and I'm sure team just try to get us into a SO as it seemed like the Leafs were just happy to get in to OT then a SO. Ottawa deserved it for sure nice to see Spezza score in the SO to make up for all the penalties he took and our captain Alfie scoring as well.

Third Jersey Works - Sens Win 4-1 Vs. NYR

Nice to see the Sens finally win with a full team effort and a game that didn't go to OT/SO. Check out how it all began with the first goal scored with the new third jerseys. A little Heatley Spezza magic.

Sens Lose Again In SO

Ok enough is enough I decided not to shave until the Sens win again and i thought last night would be a in but they unfortunately couldn't keep the Habs from tying it up and you know how Ottawa does in shootouts. There were alot of positives the 2nd, 3rd and 4th lines contributed. Auld made some good saves. Negatives- Spezza way to many turnovers.

Alfie Scores Nice One Sens Still Lose

Alfie scored a real nice goal but unfortunately the Sens still couldn't pull out a victory in OT or the SO. At least we got one point plus we're heading back home to host the Habs should be a good one. Sens will get back into the win column.

Sens Get Shutout By Price And Rest Of Habs

Although I only got to see the third period Ottawa didn't play terrible they just needed a few more breaks and it could of been a closer game. See video below for Heatley's post on Price. Don't get me wrong we were outplayed. Should be interesting to see how we bounce back.

Mike Fisher Scores OT Winner Against Capitals

Nice to see Mike Fisher finally end his scoring drought with an overtime goal and an assist on Dany Heatley goal. It was also nice to see the Sens hold Ovechkin off the score sheet as well. In case you missed it, many more to come now from Fisher I'm sure.
